SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 7-10 busniness days for your order to process. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchange, refund, or compensation will be accepted beyond 5 days. MPT accepts returns and will refund payment if customers are disappointed by the merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations. Shipping charges for any other reason will be at the customer’s expense.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An order cannot be cancelled after the product has been produced or shipped.
There will be a standard cancellation fee of 50% if orders cancelled during production.
